As Vice Chairman of Jinyang Engineering Architects Office, he leads major architectural projects based on his extensive practical experience. Through his work with the Songpa District Architectural Committee and the Korea Association of Urban Planners, he has broadened his expertise in architecture and urban planning, and leverages his experience advising on housing maintenance projects to create better urban environments.

Since 2016, CEO Kim Jung-il has been serving as the CEO of Jinyang Engineering Architects Office Co., Ltd., leading major projects. She has contributed to public policy in urban development and architecture, as well as community development, by serving on committees including the Seoul Metropolitan Government Building Committees for Gangdong-gu and Yangcheon-gu, and the Joint Urban and Architectural Committee. In 2023, she received the Seoul Metropolitan Mayor’s Commendation, and today, based on her expertise spanning architecture and urban studies, she is working to create better urban environments and greater spatial value.
