The “Yeosu City Gukdong Residential Accommodation Facility New Construction Project,” located at 105 Gukdong, Yeosu, Jeollanam-do, is planned on a grand scale with a total floor area of approximately 37,336 square meters on a land area of about 6,535 square meters.
