2021년도 하반기 설계부분 수주 실적

On the 31st, the Seoul Metropolitan Government announced that the ‘Amendment to the Management Plan for the Myeonmok-dong 86-3 Moa Town, Jungnang-gu’ was conditionally approved at the 1st Integrated Review Committee for Small-scale Housing Redevelopment held on the 29th. The project implementation plans for the Moa housing at 236-6 Myeonmok-dong (District 1) and at 1251-4 (District 2), both within this Moa Town, also cleared the review. The area around 86-3 Myeonmok-dong is densely built up with ageing multi-household housing. Designated as a Moa Town in 2022, a management plan was drawn up for the 97,000㎡ area around Myeonmok Station on Subway Line 7. Under this plan, five Moa housing projects are being advanced within the area. Districts 1 and 2 are the ones that have now undergone integrated review.

The two districts will be upgraded from Class 2 General Residential Zone, where height is limited to seven storeys, to Class 3 General Residential Zone. As a result, apartments of up to 36 storeys across nine buildings and 950 households will be built here - a figure that includes 246 rental units. A 36-storey landmark residential tower will be placed at the centre of the complex. Approximately 4,900㎡ of green space will be created at ground level, and a car park for 1,241 vehicles will be provided below ground. Both the shortage of parks and the difficulty of parking are expected to be resolved at once. Retail facilities will be placed along the urban street frontage, and sports facilities along the community street frontage connecting to Dongwon Traditional Market. The plan to link the complex with Dongwon Traditional Market is intended to preserve the existing identity of the area.
